1. Agreement to Terms

2. Role as a Solutions Provider

MENTISERA acts as a technology consultant, channel manager, and solutions provider. We facilitate access to and deployment of third-party software and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google, Nitro). While we are an authorized partner or reseller for these brands, we are not a party to the end-user license agreements (EULA) or partnership agreements between you (the "client") and the respective technology brand. You acknowledge that you will be required to accept and sign separate agreements directly with each technology provider to use their services, and you agree to abide by their terms. Our role is to provide consulting, deployment, training, and support services to assist you in this process.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MENTISERA, a MENTISERA employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MENTISERA, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation on Liability

In no event will MENTISERA, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site, or such other websites.

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
